1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website or engaging Natural State IT LLC ("Natural State IT," "we," "us") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

2. Services

Natural State IT LLC provides residential and small-business technology services including but not limited to network setup and analysis, device setup and migration, in-home tech support, data recovery, website building and hosting, and senior technology coaching (SeniorTech™). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Services are provided within the Central Arkansas and Little Rock metro area unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remote services may be available regardless of location.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice on the website. The price quoted at the time of booking is honored for that service appointment.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless a recurring plan or prior written arrangement has been made.
• Quoted prices do not include the cost of any hardware, software licenses, third-party subscriptions, or parts that may be required to complete a service.
• Diagnostic or consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed, regardless of whether a repair or project is ultimately completed.

4. SeniorTech™ Coaching Plans

SeniorTech™ coaching plans (Tech Buddy, Tech Coach, Tech Companion) carry a minimum commitment period (3 or 6 months depending on the plan) to support the teaching model. The following terms apply:

• No early-termination fees. However, the minimum commitment period is still billed in full unless canceled due to a qualifying emergency (see below).
• Cancellation after the minimum period requires only verbal or written notice with no penalties.
• Emergency hardship. In the event of a documented medical, financial, or family emergency, we will work with you to pause, reduce, or convert your plan. Contact us directly.
• Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
• Home visit coverage is limited to the original service address unless we agree to a new location in advance.

5. Your Devices & Data

You are responsible for backing up your own data before any service appointment. Natural State IT LLC will take reasonable precautions but accepts no liability for data loss that occurs during or after a service.

By engaging our services on a device, you represent that you are the authorized owner or administrator of that device and have the legal right to grant us access.

6. Third-Party Equipment & Software

Natural State IT LLC installs, configures, and troubleshoots third-party products (routers, smart home devices, operating systems, cloud services, etc.) as a convenience. We do not manufacture these products and make no warranty regarding their reliability, compatibility, or continued availability. Manufacturer or software vendor terms and warranties apply to those products independently.

7. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Natural State IT LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, that a service will permanently resolve an underlying hardware or software issue, that a repaired device will not fail in the future, or that any specific outcome will result from our coaching or consulting.

To the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law, Natural State IT LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Website Use

• Content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
• You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute content from this website without written permission.
• We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.

9. Intellectual Property

"SeniorTech™" is a trademark of Natural State IT LLC. All website content, branding, and service materials are the property of Natural State IT LLC and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
